The Epstein Youth Theatre and A Place For Us present Matilda Jr.
This enchanting musical, based on Roald Dahl's beloved book, follows the extraordinary journey of Matilda, a brilliant young girl with a vivid imagination and a love for reading. Despite facing challenges from her neglectful parents and a tyrannical headmistress, Matilda discovers her own strength and the power of friendship. Join us for a delightful matinee/evening of music, laughter, and inspiration as The Epstein Youth Theatre programme showcases incredible talent in this heartwarming tale of courage and creativity.

As part of our partnership and developing the youth programme with the Epstein Theatre, we are thrilled to announce our Summer Theatre School production of Matilda Jr this August at the iconic Epstein Theatre in the heart of Liverpool and we would love your child to be part of the magic!
Monday 17th August - Tuesday 25th August
Designed for young performers aged 11–18, this exciting show in a week experience gives young performers the chance to rehearse and perform in a professional working theatre, while developing performance skills, confidence, creativity, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

Following on from the success of our multi award winning Theatre School based in Runcorn, Halton we are delighted to be part of the new and exciting programme of events at The Epstein Theatre.

A Place For Us runs a dynamic award winning Theatre School and a critically acclaimed Musical Theatre Company. We believe that inspiring, challenging and training the next generation of actors/musicians is crucial. Many of our past students are now professionals and many more extend their training in to further and higher education in the Performing and Creative Arts.
